Chocolate Easter Tart Baskets

I came across Spurbox page from Facebook last year. They have a lot of classes which come with cooking, story telling, and arts & crafts. There are different themes every week. So we happened to be free this March holidays, and I signed up for one of the classes at SGD 40 for one and a half hour. Half an hour cooking, then story telling, and last 30 minutes arts & crafts.

Ethan enjoyed it so much, and he was such a poser. Lol..

We arrived 10 minutes early to get ready. All the ingredients for chocolate tarts were ready set on the table.

After washing their hands, all children were gathered around in front of a teacher who went through the ingredients, and taught them step by step on how to make chocolate Easter tart basket.

After which, the children start to make their own chocolate tart with some help from their parents of course.

While waiting for the tart to be baked, the children went to another room for story telling time. The story was about a skunk who kept farting when he was nervous. Look at Ethan's happy face!

Up next, arts and crafts time to make their own rabbit finger puppets.

Finally, the tarts are ready baked. It was time for some decorations.

Ulu Segara Luxury Suites & Villas Bali

My first overseas trip with Mum, and without the boys. We just wanted to relax at a resort by the beach. Glad that I have chosen Ulu Segara Luxury Suites & Villas Bali. My initial choice was at either Conrad Bali or St. Regis Bali. But comparing the rate per night at SGD 300+ to SGD 200+, we decided to go for Ulu Segara instead. Our room was spacious too at 100 square metre. Mum said the resort was like a 5 stars hotel which I agreed.

Ulu Segara was located at the far southern part of Bali. It was a half an hour drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport. We love peace, and dislike crowds so Ulu Segara was quite a good choice. Our room's sea-view was awesome. Our welcome drink was so delicious. Resort lobby was as spacious as our room.

How I wish all hotel rooms are as big as Ulu Segara.

Complimentary minibar
Super huge bathtub!

After exploring around the resort, we had our dinner at Ulu Segara Restaurant. Their pineapple rice was sumptuous, and I could not finish all of them. Our breakfast, lunch and dinner for the entire three days two nights were at this restaurant with a view by the pool and sea. Simply relaxing and truly comforting.

We spent the second day soaking in the pool followed by spa and massage session. The spa package I booked was meant for couples.. *cries*

After an exhausted day, we settled our dinner via room service.

Last day's breakfast!

Eat and eat again at Ngurah Rai Airport!
