When I say homemade pizza, I mean to make everything from scratch including the dough. This two ingredients pizza dough was the most perfect recipe ever.
Ingredients:
For the dough
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1 - 2 cups Self-Raising Flour
For the topping
Sweetened Can Pineapples
Hams
Cheese
Mushroom
Tomato Sauce (for Spaghetti)
Carrots
It all depends on your own topping's preference. We love Hawaiian flavour.
~ Step 1 ~
First start by pouring one cup of self-raising flour into a bowl. Then pour in Greek yogurt. As the yogurt may be too watery, slowly incorporate in some flour until you get the sticky dough feel.
~ Step 2 ~
Knead the dough into a round ball before rolling it flat with a rolling pin.
~ Step 3 ~
Prepare other ingredients for the pizza's topping.
~ Step 4 ~
Spread Spaghetti's tomato sauce onto pizza dough as a base. Arrange all ingredients on top.
~ Step 5 ~
Bake the pizza in the oven at 220 degrees celcius for about 15 minutes. Tata to our homemade pizza with overflowing toppings.
Travelling - it leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller.

Walnut and Carrot Cupcake
The walnut and carrot cupcake is just like a mini version of the actual carrot cake. So simple and easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 cup Plain Flour (sifted)
1 cup Carrots (grated)
1 cup Walnuts (chopped)
1/2 cup Olive Oil
3/4 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla Essence
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Eggs
For topping:
Low Fat Cream Cheese
Crushed Walnuts
~ Step 1 ~
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
~ Step 2 ~
Grate the carrots in a measuring cup. I used two medium carrots.
~ Step 3 ~
Put walnuts into a bag before crushing them to little pieces. This is faster than chopping them one by one.
~ Step 4 ~
Next, sift the flour in a mixing bowl.
~ Step 5 ~
Mix sugar, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla essence, carrots, and walnuts together with the sifted flour. I find that 3/4 cup of sugar is not sweet enough, will probably use 1 cup the next time.

~ Step 6 ~
Stir evenly while adding olive oil, and eggs.
~ Step 7 ~
Arrange cupcake cases in cupcake tray. Pour in cake batter into the cases filling up to 2/3 full. Makes about eight cupcakes.
~ Step 8 ~
Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until your skewer (you can use a chopstick) comes out clean when you insert into the centre of each cupcake.
Spread a layer of cream cheese on top of your cupcake, and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
Ingredients:
1 cup Plain Flour (sifted)
1 cup Carrots (grated)
1 cup Walnuts (chopped)
1/2 cup Olive Oil
3/4 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla Essence
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Soda

Banana Cake
I finally found the banana cake recipe which I have always wanted! The cake turned out soft, sweet, and moist.
Ingredients:
2 cups Plain Flour
1 1/2 cups Mashed Bananas (equivalent to 3 bananas)
1 1/2 cups Castor Sugar
250gram Salted Butter
4 Eggs
4 tablespoons Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Soda aka Bicarbonate of Soda
~ Step 1 ~
Mix butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. For butter to melt quickly, microwave for 30 seconds first.
~ Step 2 ~
Add in eggs (beaten), vanilla essence, and milk.
~ Step 3 ~
Next, put bananas in a plastic bag. You may get your child to help you mash them. The mashed bananas made up to 1 cup, but it doesn't matter as I used 3 bananas as per recipe.
~ Step 4 ~
Sift flour, baking soda, and baking powder before pouring into the mashed bananas. Ensure that batter is well whisked.
~ Step 5 ~
The cake batter fitted perfectly into my baking tray of 26cm by 20cm by 6cm. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for an hour. You may also check by inserting a skewer into the middle of the cake. If it comes out clean, then your cake is done. Once the top layer turns brown, cover with a piece of aluminium foil.
~ Step 6 ~
Enjoy your moist banana cake! I can almost finish all of them.

Nutella Mug Cake
I guess anything with Nutella is awesome, so I'm going to make cake in a mug using microwave.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons Self-raising Flour
4 tablespoons Sugar
3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
3 tablespoons Nutella
3 tablespoons Milk
3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
~ Step 1 ~
Mix all ingredients into a huge mug, and whisk well. You may get one from Ikea, but must be microwave safe. The vegetable oil was substituted with olive oil.
~ Step 2 ~
Microwave for 1.5 to 3 minutes depending on your microwave. Mine took about 1.5 minutes.
~ Step 3 ~
Tata! Your cake in a mug is done. Top up with whipped cream if desired.

Sweet Bread
The first bread I made when I bought my bread maker. The recipe was from my Aunt, so no trial and error for me. This sweet bread tasted awesome.
Ingredients:
300 grams High Protein / Wholemeal Flour (I use Bread Flour)
200ml Water
60grams Dried Sliced Cranberries
30grams Sugar
30grams Butter
1 tablespoon Milk Powder
1/2 tablespoon Yeast
1/2 teaspoon Salt
~ Step 1 ~
Pour water into bread pan, followed by flour.
~ Step 2 ~
Add in butter, sugar, and milk powder. I skipped the salt as I'm using salted butter.
~ Step 3 ~
Next would be dried cranberries. For bread's ingredients, you can replace with nuts, raisins or sesame seeds. I once used chocolate chips, and ended up with a chocolate bread.
~ Step 4 ~
Lastly, add in yeast, and we are good to go.
~ Step 5 ~
I selected basic recipe with loaf size of 500grams bread, and medium crust colour (I usually go for light crust). The whole process from kneading to baking took three and a half hours.
My boy was quite fascinated with the bread maker. Lol..
I put too little cranberries when I made last week, so I increased my cranberries from 30grams to 60grams.
My perfect sweet bread with lots of cranberries, and light crust this time. Yeah!
