We recently had an awesome mac and cheese from Coffee Club Express. The dish was just right without being overly buttery and cheesy. Ethan loved it so much that I have decided to try it out using this simple recipe which I have found online here.
Ingredients:
170grams Macaroni
170grams Cheddar Cheese (grated)
180ml Evaporated Milk
Salt (a pinch)
~ Step 1 ~
Once you have measured the macaroni into a pot, pour in water just enough to cover them. Add in a pinch of salt and bring to boil over high heat. Stir frequently.
~ Step 2 ~
Prepare the rest of the ingredients, and bring to boil. We chose carrots, hams, and button mushrooms. Ethan helped to grate the cheddar cheese as well. I love getting him involve in preparing the dishes.
~ Step 3 ~
Once water has been absorbed completely (you will see bubbles popping up), you may add in evaporated milk. Add cheddar cheese, and turn stove to low heat. Continue to stir until cheese is melted.
This recipe works so well for someone who does not even know how to fry a sunny side up. So proud of myself. Lol!
