Angry Birds Activity Park - Komtar JBCC

Angry Birds Activity Park is a large indoor playground / theme park located at Komtar JBCC which is next to City Square Shopping Mall. Note that we had to pay RM8 for parking fee that shocked both hubby and I. We would usually receive ticket of RM1 whenever we visit to Aeon Bukit Indah. Lucky for us, there is a promotion of 25% off usual ticket of RM75. Remember to bring along a pair of socks.

Do check out my post on Hello Kitty Town here, and indoor playgrounds & trampoline parks post here.

Before we start, I have to snap some pictures of baby sitting on the iconic catapult.

South Beach
The first part when you entered would be South Beach, unless you walked to the left to Utopia. Baby enjoyed playing video game as well as watching cartoons.

Classic
Of course, baby was bored after a while and decided to try out Go! Kart Track. As he is too young to ride alone, hubby has to accompany him. Both of them were climbing up and down of Bird Nest Climbing Track to slide down the only tube slide too.

Utopia
Up next is Utopia zone, and you have to queue for quite a while at the Piggy Shooting Gallery since there are only three guns. The Anti-Gravity Trampoline was so fun, we could not bear to leave and check out other areas. Hubby did a somersault using mini trampoline before plunging into foam pit.

Danger
The space drop air bag is pretty scary for someone who is afraid of heights like me. Quite fun though.

Below attractions were not featured on Angry Birds Activity Park's website. Once you kicked a ball hitting the wall, it will lit up immediately.

There is also a laser play before you reached trampoline corner.

We had our lunch at Azuma Japanese Restaurant located on the second storey of Komtar JBCC (below Angry Birds Park). There is nothing much to eat or shop, and I think City Square is way better. Note that there is no website, contact, or facebook for Azuma Japanese Restaurant.

We checked in into Thistle Hotel (former Hyatt Hotel) which is my dream hotel, and love at first sight since ten years ago. They met all my expectations - spacious room (really big bed!), huge bathtub, large swimming pool. All staffs are friendly, and you feel so welcomed staying there.

The view is spectacular, I could see the entire Lim Chu Kang from my room, and Kranji Reservoir! I remembered this since we often visit to D'Kranji Farm Resort for its salted egg yolk crab. Do check out my crabs post here.

Singapore is just a river / sea away!
We settled our dinner at Oasis, and the starter was already quite appetizing. I ordered Risotto while hubby had Aglio Olio.

Yup, we were hungry again and ordered room service for supper. We do have a great view at night too, but the picture quality taken from my phone is kind of bad.

We always check out the pool before leaving.
