Gardens by the Bay

Gardens by the Bay http://www.gardensbythebay.com.sg/en/home.html is definitely worth a visit for those who love nature. I'm totally captivated by these flora even though I'm not a plant or flower lover. Note that you need at least two days to visit four different attractions or you will be too exhausted by end of the day. We spent three days touring the gardens.

OCBC Skyway ~ Children's Garden ~ Marina Barrage

I went there so many times, but only got a chance to check out this skywalk by the bay recently. This was due to bad rainy weather with frequent thunder and lightning late last year. Visitors will not be allowed up the skywalk should there be any poor weather. Fare is SGD 5.00 per pax (child under three years old is free), and you can purchase at ticket booth right in front of Supertrees. The skyway are linked between a few Supertrees, and there is a pub cum restaurant located on top of the middle tree.

Marina Bay Sands

Children's Garden is situated next to Satay by the Bay (hawker centre), and comes with three parts: Toddler Play Zone (1 to 5 years old), Rainforest Tree Houses, and Water Play area (6 to 12 years old). Toddler area is honestly small plus boring. Just some playground which will bored you out in less than half an hour. We brought baby to water play area, but he was afraid to go alone and we did not bring along our swim wears. Parents definitely must wear them in order to look after their babies while playing and running around the area.

Do check out my indoor playgrounds & trampoline parks post here.

Marina Barrage http://www.pub.gov.sg/Marina/Pages/default.aspx is a popular picnic hangout for families as well as kite flying. It is located next to Gardens by the Bay.

Flower Dome

I cannot help but to keep snapping away at almost every flowers as they are simply too beautiful! You will need at least two hours in Flower Dome. I think no one could resists these lovely plants especially in an air-conditioned dome.

Cloud Forest

Do remember to wear a light jacket as it is quite cold in Cloud Forest. Upon entering, you are greeted by a huge man made waterfall.
